As part of the Seniors Festival 2020, the team from Kells are hosting two free legal seminars for seniors covering a range of topics such as elder abuse, fraud, scams and vital information on transitioning into aged care.

Feros Care is taking the fear out of ageing with their Grow Bold Seniors Forum as part of the NSW Seniors Festival 2020. Come along to learn about the range of support and services to help seniors stay independent. They'll be covering topics such as care pathways, seniors and the law, staying at home longer, health and well-being and avoiding scams.
This month Shellharbour Civic Centre will be playing the movie Ride Like A Girl for the public for free. Ride Like A Girl is a 2019 Australian Biographical sports drama based on the true story of Michelle Payne, the first female jockey to win the Melbourne Cup in 2015.

In this information session you will learn the reasons you might be suffering from falls and the steps you can take to reduce the risk of yourself or someone else encountering a fall.

Shellharbour City Council's FREE 'Cultural Treasures' Multicultural Festival is back again in 2020! Cultural Treasures is set for Saturday 21 March, coinciding with Harmony Day, which exists to celebrate the region's rich cultural diversity.
